• Children from 2-12 years with a body weight of over 30kg-a tablet 1 times a day (10 mg loratadin)
• Children from 2-12 years with a body weight of less than 30kg-once a day ½ tablet (5 mg loratadin)
• In patients with severe liver dysfunction:
Children with a body weight of 30 kg or less initial dose: ½ tablet every 2nd day
Adults and children with a body weight over 30 kg of initial dose: a tablet every 2nd day

Lorano acute (pack size: 20 pc) can be taken independently of meals. The duration of use depends on the symptoms, but should not exceed 6 months. The duration of use for children is limited to 2 weeks. For the Urtikaria symptom, there is only experience with a treatment period of up to 4 weeks. Please consult your doctor if necessary.

How is Lorano® acute to keep tablets?
Keep this drug for children inaccessible. You can no longer use this medicine after the specified expiry date. The expiry date refers to the last day of the month. This medicinal product does not require special storage conditions.

Lorano® acute must not be taken,
