Application:
For the best effect, rinse in the morning and evening after brushing your teeth. To do this, put 20 ml (approx. 4 teaspoons) in a glass, rinse for approx. 30 seconds and then spit out. Childproof closure. ZUM OPEN: Cap ZUSAMMENDRÜCKEN and TURN. ZUM CLOSE: Turn the cap until it clicks into place.
