It's been such a long time since the summer vacation and the next vacation isn't planned until Christmas. Lioran now helps me to fall asleep a little better in the evening and not go through the day over and over again. In my opinion, it is particularly recommended because it is purely plant-based. That's what my pharmacist told me. This is probably the big difference to other chemical medications. Anyway, it helps me a lot. I can fall asleep easily and no longer lie awake for hours. I currently take two capsules in the evening, about an hour before I go to sleep.

Valerian, lemon balm and the like have never had any effect in the past. The passionflower herb looks fantastic! In the past, I often had trouble sleeping due to stress at work. I can only recommend Lioran. I had severe sleep problems because I was under extreme stress at work and couldn't wind down or switch off after work. Lioran was recommended to me by a colleague and I immediately bought it and tried it out. I was very positively surprised, it worked immediately and I found my sleep again. I changed jobs and had a normal working life again, then I also dropped Lioran again. But if I have sleep problems or something similar, it will continue to be my first choice in the future!

It was a bit of my last hope - teas didn't help and I didn't want to take chemical agents. So I took Lioran - and slept well! With just one capsule just before falling asleep.
