It's been such a long time since the summer vacation and the next vacation isn't planned until Christmas. Lioran now helps me to fall asleep a little better in the evening and not go through the day over and over again. In my opinion, it is particularly recommended because it is purely plant-based. That's what my pharmacist told me. This is probably the big difference to other chemical medications. Anyway, it helps me a lot. I can fall asleep easily and no longer lie awake for hours. I currently take two capsules in the evening, about an hour before I go to sleep.

Valerian, lemon balm and the like have never had any effect in the past. The passionflower herb looks fantastic! In the past, I often had trouble sleeping due to stress at work. I can only recommend Lioran. I had severe sleep problems because I was under extreme stress at work and couldn't wind down or switch off after work. Lioran was recommended to me by a colleague and I immediately bought it and tried it out. I was very positively surprised, it worked immediately and I found my sleep again. I changed jobs and had a normal working life again, and then I dropped Lioran again. But if I have sleep problems or something similar, it will continue to be my first choice in the future!

For me as a restaurateur, the absolute highlight, especially at big events! Almost all of the tension is gone - admittedly, depending on how I feel, I take more than one. But you can have up to five and it's purely plant-based. Important for first-time users: Briefly tear the shaft with your fingernail, do not push it out, otherwise the capsules will break. But it is also described in the package insert. My absolute recommendation for people with stressful everyday lives who still don't want to get tired!
