Great - this is exactly where our high-quality slim products have been helping as a full meal replacement for years. And our new ready-to-use shakes make it even easier!

As a lactose-free skim milk yoghurt drink, the ready-to-use shake raspberry-vanilla is now available in a practical 330 ml TetraPak. You can store it conveniently, even without refrigeration, and take it with you very easily. One serving contains only 208 kcal, but still contains all the vitamins, nutrients and minerals that a balanced meal needs.

No touching! No measuring! No prep! Simply shake vigorously - then unscrew the screw cap and drink the delicious shake. The yoghurt-fresh, fruity taste makes weight control a pleasure.

Application:
With the Fit+Feelgood ready-made shakes you can replace up to two main meals to reduce your body weight. In this case, prepare a third main meal that is low in calories (max. 600 kcal) and rich in vitamins. Replacing just one main meal will help maintain your weight. Here, too, supplementing with a low-calorie, vitamin-rich diet is part of the application. When dieting, please also make sure to drink enough - at least two liters of calorie-free or low-calorie liquid per day!
