Dosage/type of application
Unless otherwise prescribed: Several times a day (especially in the evening before going to bed) a cup of the tea infusion, prepared as follows, drink. 1-2 teaspoons of lavender tea are poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and given after about 10 minutes through a tea strainer.

Duration of the application
In the event of acute symptoms that last for more than a week or return periodically, consultation with a doctor is recommended.
