Dr. Jacob’s lactobifido intestinal flora 90 capsules

5 billion lactobacilli and bifidobacteria per capsule

With three tribes lactobacilli and three tribes bifidobacteria
Suitable for histamine intolerance and after taking antibiotics
Bacterial cultures for the intestinal flora, without gluten and yeast

In our intestine, the most diverse types of bacteria live in symbiosis ("intestinal flora"), such as: B. also lactic acid bacteria. Lactobifido contains six different lactic acid bacteria trunks (lactobacilli and bifidobacteria).

Based on recommendations in a histamine intolerance forum, I looked into lactobifido a little more intensively and then tested it myself. Since then I can't imagine using it without it for my own use.

Good mix of probiotic cultures, lactobacteria and bifidobacteria. The number of bacteria could be a little higher, but otherwise good.
