Basic Health Claims:
7 different natural human lactic acid bacteria strains.

No added sugar, fructose, lactose, gelatin, gluten, yeast.
Lacto Seven can be taken by children over the age of three. It is also suitable for pregnant women and nursing mothers. Lacto Seven is suitable for daily use or specific situations such as antibiotic treatment, when traveling or changing your diet.

I've been taking 1 tablet a day for many years and I think it's good. I've never had intestinal problems, I'm just taking precautions. There are so many colon cancer patients these days and I don't want to be one of them.
