Good product. You can also open the capsule and take the contents straight or sprinkle them over dairy products. Personally, I actually find the taste of the lactase powder quite pleasant. But everyone probably feels differently.

Inexpensive and very effective capsules at LI. Capsules can also be opened and the powder used individually. The taste takes some getting used to if you bite the capsule.
