Lachesis c200 helps well with menopausal symptoms. It was recommended to me by my alternative practitioner. Due to the C200 potentiation you only need to take 5 beads under your tongue every 14 days. The heat waves are fewer. The other symptoms that come with menopause have also improved significantly within a short period of time. It's definitely worth a try
