Caelo salt tablets 1000 mg
Ideal if you lose a lot of sweat through physical exertion or stay in tropical areas.
Because if you sweat a lot, you lose and need salt.
Application areas:
Catch high sweat losses.
Increased sweat production - for example due to physical exertion or stays in tropical areas - deprives the body of valuable minerals such as sodium chloride (NaCl = common salt). Sometimes the diet can no longer compensate for these losses, so that a substitution with an appropriate dietary supplement is recommended.
The salty diet that is common in this country normally easily covers the daily salt requirement. As a dietary supplement, Caelo table salt tablets are therefore specifically aimed at people with elevated salt requirement (manufacturer's recommendation: if necessary, take 1 tbl./daily with plenty of liquid) and in no way replace a balanced and varied diet. A maximum intake of 6 g of table salt/day should not be exceeded!
