Active ingredients: lemon blades, valerian root, lavender flowers, peppermint leaves.
Composition 1 pussy bag of 1.8 g Kneipp® Nerve & Sleep Tea contains:
Active ingredients: lemon blades 0.36 g, valerian root 0.54 g, lavender blossoms 0.36 g, peppermint leaves 0.36 g.
Other components: rosehip shells 0.09 g, chamomile flowers 0.09 g.

Application areas:
Nervous states of excitement, falling asleep.

Dosage:
1 Pussy bag is poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml), covered for about 10 to 15 minutes. Unless otherwise prescribed, a cup of freshly prepared tea is drunk 2-3 times a day and before going to bed.

Storage instructions:
The drug should no longer be applied after the expiry date.
Protected against light and moisture and are inaccessible to children.
