Nicely high dosage. This means it has a noticeable and calming effect. With enough water it's easy for me to swallow and I can't agree with the previous criticism at all.

The active ingredient is ok. Swallowing the tablets with a size of 11x22 mm is impossible. You have to bite it in two, which can't be the point.
