Silica from diatoms 87% pure silica content

Instructions for use/dosage instructions, type and duration of use:
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or exactly as your doctor, pharmacist or nurse has told you. If you are unsure, ask your doctor, pharmacist or nurse.

Dosage:
Adults and children aged 12 and over take 2 g (1 measuring spoon) in fruit juice, tea, milk or water three times a day after meals.

It is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age.
