Kelo-Cote silicone gel for the treatment of scars (pack size: 60 g) is a patented, self-drying silicone gel, for prevention and treatment of bulky scars, such as hypertrophic scars and keloids.

Package sizes:
6g for scars up to 7.5 cm
15g for scars between 7.5 cm and 18cm and
60g for scars greater 18cm

Start treatment as soon as the wound is closed or the seams are removed. Make sure that the affected area is clean and dry. Apply a very thin layer of Kelo-Cote to the scar twice a day. Massage is not necessary.
The gel dries in no time and forms a transparent and waterproof layer. Remove excess gel if it is not completely dried. After drying, sunscreen and cosmetics can be applied.
The recommended treatment period is at least 2-3 months in fresh scars, for older or pronounced scars, a longer application may be necessary.
