It's my salvation, all my symptoms are gone, as if magically gone. I stopped taking it twice for a short time, unfortunately the symptoms disappeared very quickly That's why I'll take it now as long as I need it, if necessary forever.

I have been taking the Innovall RDS capsules for almost a year now and have mostly had very good experiences with them. The stool consistency and symptoms have improved somewhat, something that hardly any probiotic has ever achieved for me. I started taking these probiotics when I found out that the excipients in the preparation had been changed positively (positively for me and my allergies) instead of becoming unhealthy now used potato starch. In addition, the capsule is made of cellulose and not gelatin (which many people cannot tolerate or do not want to take) and there are no fillers used that seem harmful to me. In recent years, there has been a positive development in many companies with regard to fillers in probiotics, so that products with gelatin, lactose, etc. as fillers are much less common, but this still has to be considered as a positive, as it is Unfortunately, this is not a given. Unfortunately, many probiotics also contain fructose, innulin, etc. (as food for the bacterial strains), which could cause problems with frictose intolerance. These are also not included here. The probiotic also contains “only” one strain of lactic acid bacteria, which has the advantage for sensitive people that it is easier to see whether the strain of lactic acid bacteria is good for you. The chance that you can tolerate it is also higher. A person with a very over-irritated intestine can quickly react sensitively to a probiotic with ten or more strains. Unfortunately, these preparations are displacing preparations with only one or two strains, especially on the Internet. Of course, a probiotic with many strains also has benefits, but you should also consider the risks for sensitive people. As mentioned, you should also take into account that with such a preparation you cannot say which strain will help you and whether some of them would be counterproductive for the person and the effect would be better without them. The only small negative points about the product for me are the strange pack sizes and the price. Although this is not excessively high, it is still a relatively high financial burden, as you could need the product for your entire life if you have irritable bowel syndrome. It would also be nice if, like with other probiotics, you could get samples from your doctor. I would also be very happy if the company brought other probiotics with one or two strains and as few fillers to the market. Preparations with bifidobacteria would also be good.
