The ginger capsules from Avitale contain 500 mg of ginger and various vitamins, including a whopping 180 mg of vitamin C. With three capsules of ginger a day, the vitamin C seems quite high. Is that so good? But we expect good results from ginger due to its anti-inflammatory effect on joint pain, etc., especially in combination with curcumin. This combination is said to work quite well for joint pain and mild inflammatory conditions. But to do this you have to do the whole thing consistently over a longer period of time...
