IberoBiotics Zen is a dietary supplement from Iberogast and contains three natural ingredients that are combined in one product for the first time. The natural triple combination of the ingredients Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-14, lemon balm and vitamin B2 complement each other very well. In a laboratory study, they were shown to have a positive effect on the composition of the microbiome. The unique combination optimally supports the abdominal brain. The bacterial strain Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-14 is an important component of the natural intestinal microbiome. IberoBiotics Zen contains three billion viable bacteria in each capsule. Lemon balm is a medicinal plant known for its calming effects on the stomach and intestines. It also contributes to mental and physical well-being, making it a loyal companion in stressful times.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, this product should not be used.
Iberobiotics Zen capsules (pack size: 2X14 pcs) should only be taken after consulting a therapist if you are taking anticoagulant medications or for people with a tendency to bleed due to illness. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children and adolescents should avoid using this dietary supplement.
While using the preparation, intensive UV-radiation (such as sunbathing) should be avoided. Please also clarify any interactions with other medications with your therapist before taking them. Recommended consumption of Iberobiotics Zen capsules (pack size: 2X14 pieces):

Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water, preferably in the morning. Take 1 green capsule with lemon balm + vitamin B2 and 1 white capsule with Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-14 at the same time.

Hints

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet and should be kept out of the reach of children.
