Field of use

• The preparation is a vegetable medicine for external treatment of muscle pain.
• Applied externally to relieve muscle pain in the area of the shoulder, neck and lumbar spine with soft tissue rheumatism and tension.

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be used:
  • if you are hypersensitive (allergic) against Cayenne pepper thick extract, capsicum preparations (peppers) or one of the other components.
  • with damaged skin.

dosage

• Always apply the medicine exactly according to the instruction. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
• Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
  • Adults and adolescents from the age of 12 apply a 2 cm long cream strand to the aching area 3 times a day.

 

• Duration of the application
  • Do not apply the drug without medical advice for more than 3 weeks.
  • A period of 14 days must be awaited before a renewed application at the same application location.

 

• Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect is too strong or too weak.

 

• If you have used a larger amount of the medicine than you should:
  • If used for a long time at the same location, reversible damage can be expected to be sensitive nerves.
  • If the heat effect on the skin is perceived as too strong by you, you can remove excess cremer residues with cold water and soap or with skin cream or an indifferent oil.
  • If the medicine has come into the eyes, an ophthalmologist must be visited immediately. As an immediate measure, a thorough rinsing of the eye with plenty of cold water is recommended.

 

• If you have forgotten the application
  • Do not apply the double dose if you have forgotten the previous application.

Taking

• Apply cream strand to the aching area
• Leave the cream completely into the skin after massage, otherwise colored on the clothing is possible.
• The medicine is only suitable for external application.

Patient information

• Special care in the application is required,
  • in acute states that z. B. go hand in hand with redness, swelling or overheating of joints
  • in the case of ongoing joint complaints or in the case of violent back pain that radiate into the legs and/or are connected to neurological failure (e.g. numbness, tingling).
  • Please search in the above. Cases a doctor.
  • Cayenne pepper preparations irritate the mucous membranes very strongly even in small quantities and create a painful burning. The preparation must therefore not be in the eyen, get on mucous membranes or open wounds.
  • Physical activity, combined with sweating, as well as external heat application such as warm water or sun increase the heat effect.
  • This can be reinforced.
  • No application to damaged skin, e.g. B. after burns and injuries, with inflammation or eczema. It is recommended not to scratch yourself in the area of application to avoid skin injuries.
  • An additional heat application (e.g. by radiation or heating pillows) should be avoided during the treatment.
  • After applying the cream, the hands should be washed carefully so that unintentional contact with other parts of the body is avoided.
  • If used for a long time at the same location, a temporary damage can be expected to be sensitive nerves.
  • Children
    • There is no sufficient examinations for the use of this drug in children.
    • The drug should therefore not be used in children under the age of 12.

 

• Wateriness and operating machines
  • There are no special precautions required.

Pregnancy

• There is no sufficient examinations for the use of the drug. Therefore, it should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Miscellaneous

- Surface, swelling or overheating of joints, in the event of ongoing joint complaints or with violent back pain that radiate into the legs or are connected with numbness and tingling, a doctor should be consulted. - The cream must not get in the eyes, mucous membranes or open wounds. If the cream has come into the eyes, rinsing thoroughly with plenty of cold water and immediately visiting an ophthalmologist- not on damaged skin, e.g. after burns or injuries, with inflammation or eczema- an additional heat application (e.g. by radiation or heating pillow) should be avoided - skin areas treated with the cream should not be washed with warm water or exposed to the sun. Physical activity (sweating) also increases the heat effect. If the heat effect on the skin is perceived as too strong, excess ointment residues can be removed with cold water and soap or with skin cream.
