Field of use

Hista Plus capsules (pack size: 27 g) is a dietary supplement with vitamin B3, B6, B12, folic acid, zinc and L-tryptophan. The product is vegan and free of gluten, soy, lactose and peanuts.

Mode of action

Folic acid contributes to normal amino acid synthesis. Vitamin B3, B6, B12 and folic acid support a healthy energy metabolism. The vitamins also contribute to the maintenance of a normal psyche and normal functioning of the nervous system. Zinc supports a healthy acid-base balance and at the same time zinc contributes to the metabolism of macronutrients (such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats). Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and the regulation of hormonal activity.
