As organic compounds, vitamins are indispensable for many metabolic processes. Minerals, which also include electrolytes as inorganic substances, also fulfill this function. Potassium and magnesium are among the most important electrolytes in the human body. They must be ingested through food. Avitale HERZ INTAKT tablets contain potassium and magnesium in a specially balanced ratio, combined with B vitamins and the coenzyme Q10. They support the organism in the following processes:

Potassium contributes to maintaining normal blood pressure. Furthermore, it supports the normal function of the nervous system and serves a normal muscle function.

Magnesium is helpful for normal protein synthesis and electrolyte balance. It contributes to normal mental function and normal functioning of the nervous system. Like niacin and vitamin B12, it promotes a functioning, normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B1 has an important function for heart health and contributes to normal heart function. Folic acid is an essential vitamin that the body cannot produce itself. Folic acid contributes to blood formation and, together with vitamin B12 and magnesium, has an essential function in cell division.

Vitamin B12 promotes the formation of red blood cells and, like folic acid, contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. The vitamins niacin and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Q10 or ubiquinone is an endogenous coenzyme that the body synthesizes itself but also absorbs in small amounts from food. Coenzyme Q10 is present in every cell in the body in the mitochondria.

Avitale HERZ INTAKT is vegan/free of animal ingredients as well as gluten-free, lactose-free and soy-free.

Potassium Chloride, Bulking Agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose; Trimagnesium dicitrate, magnesium oxide, coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polyethylene glycol, rice starch, sugar esters of fatty acids, microcrystalline cellulose, dyes: yellow iron oxide and red iron oxide; Coenzyme Q10, nicotinamide (niacin), release agent: tricalcium phosphate and calcium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid (Folic Acid), Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12).

Consumption recommendation:
Take 2 tablets in the morning and in the evening about ½ to 1 hour before or at least 2 hours after a meal with plenty of water.
