Sea agent (citronic acid), acid regulator (potassium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium hydrogen carbonate, sodium carbonate), vitamin C, magnesium oxide, dye (prayer red), aroma, sweetener (cyclamate, saccharin), rice strength, flavor enhancer (Potassium chloride), release agent (silicon dioxide).
