Contradictions
- The medicine must not be used
- if you are hypersensitive (allergic) against heparin or one of the other components of the medicine.
- If you have an acute or from the history of well -known allergic waste of the number of plates of blood (thrombocytopenia type II) by heparin.

- The drug should be applied thinly and evenly to the disease area.
Patient information
- Particular caution when using the medicine is required
- The medicine should not be applied to open or inflamed skin areas (e.g. sunburn), mucous membranes and/or oozing eczema
- When the occurrence of new symptoms that can indicate thrombosis or pulmonary embolism, such as
- Swelling and feeling of heat in the affected body part,
- runned and tense skin, possibly blue coloring,
- Voltage feeling and pain in the foot, calf and knee throat (relief in the event of high storage)
- Sudden shortage of air, chest pain and weakness/collapse
- the presence of a heparin-induced thrombocytopenia type II must be excluded and the number of blood (platelet number) must be checked immediately.
- If medicinal products are used at the same time, an increased risk of bleeding cannot be excluded. Bruises can occur more frequently or increase in expansion.
- During treatment with the medicine, syringes in the muscle must be avoided because of the risk of bruising (hematoma).
