Contradictions
- The medicine must not be used
- if you are hypersensitive to heparin or one of the other components.
- if you have an acute or from the history of well -known allergic waste of the number of plates of blood (thrombocytopenia type II) by heparin.
dosage
- Always apply this medicine as described or exactly after the agreement made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
- The recommended dose is:
- apply thin and evenly to the disease area 2 - 3 times a day.
- Duration of the application
- The medicine must not be used for more than 10 days.
- If you have used a larger amount than you should
- Please contact your doctor or a pharmacist if you have used a larger amount than you should.
- If you have forgotten the application
- Do not apply the double dose if you have forgotten the previous application.
- If you cancel the application

Patient information
- Special care in the application is required
- When the occurrence of new symptoms that can indicate thrombosis or pulmonary embolism, such as
- Swelling and feeling of heat in the affected body part,
- red and tense skin, possibly blue coloring,
- Tension and pain in the foot, calf and knee throat (relief in the event of high storage)
- Suddenly shortness of breath, chest pain and weakness/collapse
- the presence of a heparin-induced thombocytopenia type II must be excluded and the number of blood (platelet number) must be checked immediately.
- Regular checks of the platelet values are required for every heparin application.
- Controls of the platelet number should take place:
- before starting the heparin gift
- on the 1st day after the start of the heparin gift
- then every 3 - 4 days until the end of the heparin treatment
- If medicinal products are used at the same time, an increased risk of bleeding cannot be excluded. Bruises can occur more frequently or increase in expansion.
- During the treatment, syringes are in the muscle because of the risk of bruising (hemavoid atoms).
- The medicine should not be applied to open wounds and/or oozing eczema.
- The drug is alcoholic and should therefore not come into contact with the eyes or mucous membrane.
- Children and adolescents
- Because of the lack of data on harmlessness and effectiveness, the preparation for use in children and adolescents under the age of 18 is not
recommended.

Pregnancy
- Previous experiences with the use of pregnant and breastfeeding have not shown any indications of harmful effects.
- Heparin is not placent agent and does not move into breast milk.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeed, or if you suspect that you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this drug.

Miscellaneous
- One of the first treating measures in the surface of the lower limbs is pressure treatment.
- Because of the alcohol content, the gel should not be applied to mucous membranes, open or inflamed skin areas (e.g. sunburn) or come into contact with the eyes because a burning feeling can arise.
