Field of use

• The medicine is a vegetable medicine for colds of the respiratory tract.
• The medicine is used in the case of colds of the respiratory tract, to improve complaints in chronic inflammatory bronchial diseases.
• In the event of long -lasting symptoms or when the breath, fever as well as in the case of purulent or bloody expectoration, a doctor should be consulted immediately.

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be taken
  • if you are hypersensitive (allergic) against ivy leaves or one of the other components of the medicine,
  • in argininsuccinat synthase deficiency (metabolic disease of the urea cycle).

dosage

• Always take the medicine exactly according to the instruction. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
  • Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
    • for adults and children over 10 years: 3 ml cough juice 3 times a day;
    • for children from 4 - 10 years: 4 times a day 2.5 ml cough juice;
    • for children from 1 - 4 years: 3 times a day 2.5 ml cough juice;
    • for children from 0 - 1 year: 1 times a day 2.5 ml cough juice.

 

• Duration of the application
  • Do not take the drug without medical advice for more than a few days.
  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of the medicine is too strong or too weak.

 

• If you have taken a larger amount of the medicine than you should
  • If you accidentally have one or two individual doses (e.g. for adults 5 ml or 10 ml cough juice) more than intended, this usually has no adverse consequences. However, taking significant quantities could cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. In this case, you should contact a doctor.
