Recommended use of Hansaplast back bandage adjustable 82-118 cm (pack size: 1 piece): Center the bandage over the lower back. The rounded side should be facing down. Place the main straps around the waist and fasten them with the Velcro at the front with slight pressure. Pull the side straps forward and attach to the main straps. Set the individually desired support effect of the back bandage with the Velcro fastener.
