Hans Karrer Cleansing Gel Silver
Mild facial cleansing for all skin types
Hans Karrer Cleansing Gel Silver thoroughly cleanses the face, décolleté and back of all skin types, particularly oily skin prone to acne. The mild gel with silver chloride and capryloyl glycine improves the skin flora and does not dry out the skin. The panthenol it contains soothes irritated skin and allantoin moisturizes the upper layers of the skin.

Doesn't irritate, smell a bit strange. Cleans well, but not a big benefit for S. Dermatitis. Probably more useful for people with acne.

The product was recommended by a dermatologist for sensitive skin and many intolerances. The gel cleanses the skin really well and I tolerate it very well.
