Colds are mostly virus infections of the respiratory tract that can affect the whole body. Many colds suffer from runny nose, headache and body aches, cough and fever at the same time. All of these cold complaints together can be combated with a combination preparation.

Grippostad® C stick packs quickly relieve common cold symptoms with the unique of paracetamol, chlorphenaminmaleat, vitamin C and caffeine existing 4-series combination of Grippostad® C. How does Grippostad® C?
Paracetamol is a pain reliever that is effective both against headache and body aches and fever. Caffeine strengthens the effects of paracetamol and thus enables lower pain relievers. Chlorphenaminmaleat as a decongestant remedy opens the clogged nose and makes breathing easier. Vitamin C supports the body's defense.

Which active ingredients are included in Grippostad® C stick packs?
The embroidery packs Entenhold 400 milligrams of paracetamol, 5 milligrams, chlorphenaminmaleat, 50 milligrams of caffeine and 300 milligrams of ascorbic acid (vitamin C).

Why is there in Grippostad® C Caffeine?
Caffeine reinforces the pain -relieving effect of paracetamol. This makes it possible to dose paracetamol lower than e.g. in painkillers.

Contradictions

• Warnings and Precautions
  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking the medicine:
    • if you have a slight to moderate kidney dysfunction,
    • if you have a liver dysfunction,
    • in the case of congenital increased bilirubin content of the blood (called Gilbert syndrome or Meulengracht disease),
    • if you suffer from kidney stones or tend to kidney stones. Then, when taking large amounts of the medicine, there is a risk that kidney stones (calcium oxalate stones) form by the ascorbic acid (vitamin C) contained. In this case, speak to your doctor before taking it,
    • if you suffer from certain diseases in which too much iron is stored in the body (thalassemia, hemochromatosis, sideroblastic anemia),
    • if you are alcoholic,
    • if you have a narrowing of the stomach output and/or a narrowing of the bladder output,

  • If your symptoms worsen, there is no improvement or further complaints and if you have a high fever you have to see your doctor.
  • Children and adolescents
    • The application is not allowed in children and adolescents under the age of 18.
  • Notes on the active ingredient paracetamol (contained in this preparation)
    • Without medical or dental advice, you should generally only take paracetamol-containing medicines (such as this medicine) only a few days and not in an increased amount.
    • Exceeding the recommended dose can lead to severe liver damage, as with all drugs that contain paracetamol. In this case, an immediate medical treatment is required.

 

• Wateriness and ability to use machines
