Granulox dosing spray
Granulox is an innovative medical device for the treatment of
chronic wounds.
The hemoglobin spray improves the oxygen supply of chronic wounds through relieved diffusion and thus supports and accelerates wound healing.
Granulox is topped up to the wound as a spray.
Granulox does not replace the causal therapy.

Indication:
To improve wound healing in chronic wounds such as diabetic footulcera, secondary healing surgical wounds, ulcus cruris venosum, ulcus cruris arteriosum, ulcus cruris mix, pressureitus.
Ingredients:
10% carbonlated hemoglobin; 0.7% phenoxyethanol; 0.9% sodium chloride; 0.05% n-acetylcysteine; ad 100% water
Side effects:
No side effects are known for granulox hemoglobin spray. If the symptoms deteriorate or undesirable side effects occur, please contact us.
Interactions:
Granulox should not at the same time with locally acting
therapeutic agents
such as B. antibiotics are used because interactions have not yet been sufficiently researched.
It is known that disinfectants have an impressive effect on granulox. After using the disinfectant, a subsequent, thorough flushing with a physiological solution is therefore required.
After using proteolytic (enzymatic) debridemumes, a thorough flushing with a physiological solution is necessary.
Contraindications:
For safety reasons, Granulox should not be used for infected wounds and during pregnancy. There is still no sufficient data to assess these cases.
Storage:
