With a daily ration (9 tablets) you cover:
• 36% of your daily requirement of vitamin B12
• 75% of your daily requirement of pantothenic acid
• 16% of your daily iron requirement
One Original Spirulina tablet contains 250mg Spirulina. Net quantity: 480 pieces.
Recommended dosage: Take 3 x 3 tablets daily with sufficient liquid without chewing.
