For the first time, this combines the essential joint building blocks glucosamine and chondroitin with frankincense and selected micronutrients for joint health. Glucosamine and chondroitin are essential endogenous components of the joints (so-called "joint building blocks"). As an amino sugar, glucosamine is an important part of connective tissue, cartilage and synovial fluid. Chondroitin is a necessary component of cartilage cells. Both building blocks are crucial for joint health and are therefore produced independently by our body. However, production decreases rapidly with age or as a result of diseases (e.g. arthrosis). Especially then a regular intake is recommended.

GELENCIUM^® Glucosamine Chondroitin contains the essential joint building blocks in a natural form of 1,525 mg glucosamine sulphate (from crustaceans) and 800 mg chondroitin sulphate (from beef).
