Gasteo^® Oral Liquid

Active ingredients: Cinquefoil, licorice root, angelica root, blessed thistle, wormwood, chamomile flowers. Traditional herbal medicinal product for use in the treatment of mild digestive complaints (e.g., bloating, flatulence), as well as mild cramping in the gastrointestinal tract, based exclusively on long-term use. 1. Duration of Use
Why can you take GASTEO^® for a maximum of two weeks
GASTEO^® is a traditional medicinal product used in adults to relieve minor digestive complaints (e.g. Feelings of fullness, flatulence), as well as mild cramping in the gastrointestinal tract. These possible symptoms usually subside within a few days of treatment. Limiting the intake of GASTEO^® to a maximum of 14 days is for the patient's safety. If symptoms do not subside after two weeks, a serious illness may be present. To avoid a serious illness going undetected and unknowingly treated incorrectly, a consultation with a doctor is recommended. After a precise diagnosis, the doctor can, in the best case, rule out a serious illness.

2. Stomach Acid
Does GASTEO^® help with heartburn
The symptoms of too much or too little stomach acid can be similar. For example, unpleasant belching occurs when undigested food remains in the stomach for too long due to a lack of stomach acid. The resulting fermentation gases cause belching. This is often misinterpreted as heartburn and treated with over-the-counter acid binders or acid blockers. This exacerbates the existing lack of stomach acid and thus also the symptoms. GASTEO^® is a traditional medicine used in adults to relieve mild digestive discomfort (e.g., bloating, flatulence) and mild cramping in the gastrointestinal tract. GASTEO^® does not act as an acid binder or acid blocker.

Can GASTEO^® be taken for gallbladder problems
GASTEO^® stimulates, among other things, the production of bile. If the gallbladder is missing, this shouldn't be a problem, as the bile can flow freely. Unless there are small stones in the bile duct. This could lead to painful colic with bile backflow. It's best to discuss the planned GASTEO^®intake with your doctor. Based on their specific knowledge of your health condition, they can give you the best recommendation.

Personally, I can only recommend Gasteo! A colleague recommended it to me because I often suffer from severe flatulence and this is very unpleasant in many situations. Both at work and in my private life. So I went to the pharmacy and got Gasteo, tried it out and lo and behold, the flatulence is no longer an issue! I don't want to be without it anymore, I definitely recommend it!
