Spalt® Painkillers is an over-the-counter medicine for adults in acute mild to moderate pain.
Spalt® Painkillers contains for the first time 300 mg ASA and 300 mg paracetamol.
The two active ingredients ASA and paracetamol complement each other in their effectiveness, because the pain-relieving effect is stronger than after taking the individual substances. While with ASA an effect directly at the site of the respective pain occurrence (peripheral tissue) is in the foreground, paracetamol relieves the pain directly in the brain (central effect)

One Spalt® Painkiller tablet contains:
Active ingredients:
Acetylsalicylic Acid 300 mg | Paracetamol 300 mg
Other ingredients: contains corn starch, cellulose powder, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, Glycerol tritetradecanoate, povidone 25, colloidal anhydrous silica.

APPLICATION AREAS:
Spalt® Painkillers is a drug for adults with acute mild to moderately severe pain.

APPLICATION NOTES:
Unless otherwise prescribed, the usual adult dose is:
1 tablet Spalt® painkillers (equivalent to 300 mg acetylsalicylic acid, 300 mg paracetamol), if necessary up to 3 times a day (usually at intervals of 4 to 8 hours).
The maximum dose of 4 Spalt® painkillers (equivalent to 1200 mg acetylsalicylic acid, 1200 mg paracetamol) per day should not be exceeded.

The Spalt® painkillers should either be dissolved in some liquid or chewed whole with plenty liquid to be taken. Taking it after meals may delay it lead to onset of action.

The Spalt® Painkillers should no longer be used without medical or dental advice than 3 days to be taken.
If you get the impression that the effect of Spalt® painkillers is too strong or too weak, we recommend consulting a doctor or pharmacist.
