Avitale folic acid 400 plus tablets
Dietary supplements with 400μg folic acid, 150μg iodine and 10μg vitamin B 12
From the 13th week to breastfeeding
Folic acid supports the growth of the maternal tissue and makes an important contribution to cell division and thus to cell new formation.
With the desire to have children or existing pregnancy, good folic acid supply makes a decisive contribution to the development of the embryonic neural tube. The first stage of development of the central nervous system is called, which arises three weeks after conception and what the brain and spinal cord later develop.
Therefore, women with desire to have children are advised to start optimizing the folic acid balance a few weeks before a possible conception. If there is already pregnancy, folic acid should be ensured from the earliest possible time after noticing pregnancy.
From the desire to have children to the 13th week, it is recommended to take Avitale folic acid 800 plus with 800μg folic acid, from the 13th week of pregnancy and during breastfeeding are Avitale Folic acid 400 plus tablets with 400 μg folic acid.
Vitamin B 12 activates the folic acid and is required by the body to convert the folic acid into a usable form.

Filling fabric: microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin B12 (cobalamine), folic acid, separator: magnesium salts of food acids and silicon dioxide, potassium iodate (iodine)

400 mcg folic acid
150mcg iodine (potassium iodate)
