Bought when planning pregnancy. Bought in Germany as a very good drug for men. Only then did they pay attention. It contains both folic and zinc! These are good vitamins, but you can’t take them in combination! Vitamin B9 + Zinc: Zinc interferes with the absorption of vitamin B9 (folic acid) due to the formation of insoluble complexes.
To be honest, we’re even upset! We have always trusted German drugs.
