Following Amma® for the treatment of folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiency
Folic acid is decisive in blood formation, the production of red and white blood cells, growth and the increase in our cells. In short: Folic acid is indispensable for all development and renewal processes of our body. Incidentally, also for the good development of a baby in the womb! Vitamin B12 needs folic acid to be able to act properly. Therefore, it makes sense to add vitamin B12 in addition to folic acid.
