Consumption recommendation:
Stir 1 teaspoon (5 g) into 250 ml of liquid, e.g. water or juice, 2 to 3 times a day. Leave to swell for at least 10 minutes and drink. Indian flea seeds are tasteless and can can also be used as a valuable ingredient in muesli, yoghurt or fruit puree. After consumption approx. 250 ml
