The special feature of the morning capsule – Bamboo extract
The bamboo extract in Flexiloges Active Cartilage Capsules (pack size: 120 pcs) is obtained from Indian bamboo shoots. Bamboo is the fastest-growing plant in the world and is known for its toughness, lightness, and elasticity. The plant has a wide range of uses and serves in many cultures, including as a source of food and medicine. Bamboo is rich in silicon, which is concentrated in the bamboo extract it contains. Silicon is found as a trace element in the human body, primarily in connective tissue structures such as cartilage and bones.

What's special about the evening capsule – UC-II® (Collagen Type II)
Mammals contain a multitude of different types of collagen. If one counts all the collagens discovered by science, one actually arrives at 19 different types of collagen. Collagen type II is a natural structural substance and helps inhibit arthritic degradation processes in cartilage, for example, in the hip, shoulder, or knee joints, as well as promote regeneration***,****. Unlike conventional collagen hydrolysates, Flexiloges Cartilage Active Capsules (pack size: 120 pcs) contains the special UC-II® with a high proportion of undenatured collagen type II. Due to the special formulation, the required daily intake is significantly reduced. To ensure it is available to the body during sleep, UC-II® is only contained in the evening capsule.

Dosage

Recommended intake of Flexiloges Cartilage Active Capsules (Pack size: 120 pcs):

Take 2 yellow morning capsules daily with breakfast and 2 dark green evening capsules before bedtime with sufficient liquid.

Pregnancy

Due to limited experience, Flexiloges Cartilage Active Capsules (Pack size: 120 pcs) cannot be recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children and adolescents.
