Ferroverde^® 21 At two to four grams, iron is the most common trace element in our body. The best-known task of iron as a component of hemoglobin is that of blood formation and thus the supply of oxygen to the body.

But energy production, immune functions and cell division also depend on an adequate supply of iron. Full iron stores are therefore an important basis for concentration, energy and performance and help reduce tiredness. Special people have special iron needs-

Not only women of childbearing age, pregnant and breastfeeding women should pay attention to their iron balance. Adolescents, athletes, vegetarians and vegans as well as people with food intolerances and intestinal disorders should also keep an eye on their iron supply. These slightly lower-dose capsules (as Ferroverde 21) are also very well tolerated. My son (17) and I (49) don't get any stomach pains or other unwanted side effects from it.

The capsules are very well tolerated and I say that even though I don't tolerate some medications and nutritional supplements very well! I am very pleased.

i have been using the preparation for a very long time, finally I have gotten the iron malgel under control (it is very well tolerated, no constipation like with conventional iron preparations)

I have been taking these capsules for over 2-3 years to prevent iron deficiency. I often suffer from extreme fatigue, especially before my period. A capsule often helps me get back on my feet! I like the high bioavailability and that I can't overdose like with chemical iron supplements. Everything here is plant-based! Really great! I always have it in the house!
