Dietary supplement with natural iron, apple juice concentrate and vitamin C.
Ingredients:
Water with a high natural iron content, apple juice concentrate (15.6%), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), preservative: potassium sorbate.
Consumption recommendation:
Pour the contents of one sachet (pregnant women up to two sachets) into a glass and drink immediately.

Tastes okay and doesn't cause constipation. The only star deduction is for the packaging. Each portion individually in a plastic bag, that really doesn't have to be the case. And some of them are really difficult to open.
