Contradictions

• The medicine must not be taken,

dosage

• Always take the medicine exactly according to the instruction in this package insert. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
• Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is
  • in adults and children from 6 years (with at least 20 kg body weight): 1 hard capsule daily.
  • with pronounced iron deficiency in adults and adolescents from 15 years or 50 kg body weight in the initial phase: 2 to 3 hard capsules daily that can be taken over the day.
  • A daily intake of 5 mg Fe2+/kg body weight should not be exceeded.
• Older patients
  • There is no clinical data that a dose adjustment is required in older patients.
• Patients with kidney or liver dysfunction

• Children and adolescents
  • The drug must not be used in children under the age of 6 (with a body weight of less than 20 kg).

 

• Duration of the application
  • The doctor determines the duration of the application.

• If you forgot to take the drug

Taking

• Please take the medicine in the unscrewed one with enough water (preferably a glass).
• The intake should be done soberly in the morning (approx. 1 hour before breakfast) or at a sufficient distance of about 2 hours before or after a meal.
