Aurica fennel tea consists of all the fruits of the bitterfenschel "Foeniculum vulgare Mill.", Which is also often used in pediatric medicine because of its spicy and bitter-sweet taste. Fennel has always been known as a means for the digestive tract and the airways. Traditionally, it is used against slight cramp-like gastrointestinal complaints such as flatulence and feeling of fullness. Fennel tea also has an extremely expectorant, makes it easier to cough and thus provide relief for infections of the upper airways with cough, sore throat and inflammation of the mucous membranes.

Composition: Medical -effective component: Bitter fennel

Dosage instructions and type of application: Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk: 1 teaspoon of crushed fennel (approx. 2.5 g) with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) Pour over and let it steep for about 10 - 15 minutes.

In infants and toddlers, the tea infusion can also be used to dilute milk or brine.

Note: The tea infusion must always be prepared with boiling water. Especially when preparing for infants.

Duration of the application: In the event of acute symptoms that last for more than 1 week or return periodically, consultation with a doctor is recommended.
