I can only recommend Femibion 2, I have taken it every day since the 13th week of pregnancy and felt in great shape. I am now in the 3rd trimester and my baby seems to be healthy according to the ultrasound. They contain all the important nutrients you need. They're not cheap, but I'm happy to spend a few euros to be well looked after, which I might not have been able to do with my diet. Now I have also taken part in a free product test!

I chose Femibion because my gynecologist recommended it. It includes all pregnancy vitamins. What was noticeable was that I wasn't quite as exhausted anymore.
