The vitamin D3 contained in Femannose B Microbiotic Granules (pack size: 14 pieces) supports a normal immune system. The cranberry extract helps maintain normal urinary tract and bladder function. S.Boulardii - is a microbiotic and has a metabolically active effect in the intestine and is resistant to antibiotics. The fruity sweet taste makes it particularly pleasant to drink as a granulate.
