The product is based on the human biorhythm, as all cells in the human body have an "internal clock" that is influenced by external and internal stimuli. For example, cell division and the immune system are particularly active at night, while muscle activity is generally at its peak during the day. Furthermore, some nutrients are better absorbed in combination with a meal (e.g., fat-soluble vitamins), while for others, a certain interval from the last meal should be considered.
