I've been feeling extremely drained and exhausted over the last few weeks and so I tested this dietary supplement. I find the taste really takes some getting used to, and very sour afterwards. I'm happy with the effect, I'm no longer so exhausted in the evening that everything hurts. On the other hand, it's not like I'm bursting with energy and able to tear up trees. Energy Boost helps and is not bad in my opinion, but you shouldn't expect too much from it either.

The vitamins are in a capsule in the lid of the ampoule. This capsule is opened by turning the lid counterclockwise, the powder falls into the liquid (orange juice, etc.) and is mixed by shaking vigorously. Then open the ampoule as usual. I found that the capsule didn't always open or that the powder didn't always completely come out of the capsule. So I started opening the ampoule before shaking it to see if the capsule had opened and the powder had fallen out. If not, I repeated the procedure. I actually think the mechanics need improvement here. The liquid tastes very sweet and can be compared in taste and consistency to a sweet children's cough syrup. So you have to like it. Alternatively, the juice can also be diluted with water in a glass. Nutritional information regarding calories and sugar content is not provided on the outer carton or the leaflet. I noticed an initial improvement in my general condition (tiredness, resistance to stress) on the second day. From the fourth day onwards, I actually felt fit and productive again at work and in everyday life and was significantly more awake than usual. My sleep rhythm also regulated, i.e. I got tired later, but I had a deeper and more restful sleep. In the morning I was immediately fit. I don't know if the energy boost came from the combination of the taurine contained in the Energy Boost and my morning coffee. The fit effect lasted for two days after taking it, so you don't immediately fall back into a hole of fatigue. There were no leg cramps while taking the medication. I didn't notice any improvement in performance when exercising. I can recommend this product for times of high stress. If you are put off by the taste, you can switch to a granulate version.

I tried the 7 day regimen and for the first two days I had a hard time noticing a difference, but then on the 3rd day I decided I was going to take it at lunchtime and lo and behold, I had none In the afternoon it was more intense and I was still able to concentrate in the evening without falling into bed early, but rather making time for myself. I'm feeling great after this week and I'll probably order it again because after two days I'm already very tired again. I think it's definitely a great energy boost in the winter months. Highly recommended. I drank the ampoule straight and didn't mix it with water because I couldn't tolerate it otherwise, but that was more due to the dilution. In terms of taste, it reminded me a lot of a Nimm2 candy or Multisanostol for children. So it's a bit sweet, but drinkable, there are worse ones. #energyboost
