Field of use:
To relieve non -infected slight inflammatory, allergic and itchy skin diseases that appeal to symptomatic treatment with weakly effective glucocorticosteroids.
Also spray 0.5 % solution is preferably suitable for use on normal or greasy skin. For short -term (a maximum of 2 weeks) external application in adults and children from the age of 6.
Note: Contains propylene glycol.

Field of use
- What is the drug?
- The drug contains a glucocorticoid (adrenal hormone) for use on the skin.
- What is it used for?
- To relieve non -infected slight inflammatory, allergic or itchy skin diseases that appeal to symptomatic treatment with very weakly effective glucocorticosteroids. The medicine is preferably suitable for use on normal or greasy skin. For short -term (a maximum of 2 weeks) external application in adults and children from the age of 6.

Contradictions
- There are diseases or circumstances in which a medicine may not be used/taken.
- When are you not allowed to use the medicine?
- The preparation must not be used at
- specific skin symptoms (syphillis, tuberculosis)
- Virus infections (e.g. chickenpox, herpes simplex, herpes zoster)
- Vaccination reactions
- Mushroom infestation (mycoses)
- bacterial skin infections, acne vulgaris, steroid acne
- Skin inflammation in the mouth near (perioral dermatitis)
- inflammatory redness of the face (rosacea)
- No use in children under 6 years.
- Avoid a large and/or long -lasting application of the drug.
- The medicine is not suitable for patients with known hypersensitivity to hydrocortisone or the auxiliary substances of the spray.
- The preparation must not be used at
dosage
- Always adhere to this instruction. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
- How and how often should you use the medicine?
- Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose for adults and children from the age of 6 is:
- At the beginning of the treatment, you generally apply the spray 2 to 3 times a day.
- With improvement in the clinical picture, a one -time application per day (or every 2 to 3 days) is usually sufficient.

- Please speak to your doctor if you have the impression that the effect of the preparation is too strong or too weak.
- How long can you use the spray?
- The duration of the treatment depends on the type, severity and course of the disease. In general, a treatment duration of 2 weeks should not be exceeded.
- The spray is alcoholic and can therefore dry out the skin.
- Be sure to see a doctor if
- They notice significant signs of drying out (e.g. scaling, tensioning, itching)
- the complaints last for more than 2 weeks
- or worsen.
- A long -term or large -scale application should be avoided or after the doctor is instructed.
- Do not apply the drug without medical advice for more than 2 weeks.
- What to do if you have used large quantities?
- Reduce the dose or - if possible - put the medication off after high -dosed and long -lasting use.
- What do you need to consider if you have forgotten an application?
- If you have forgotten an application, do not collect this application, but continue with the next application.
- If you have any further questions about the application of the drug, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

- The solution is intended for use on the skin. It is sprayed on the skin.

- There are diseases, circumstances or phases of life in which a medicine may only be used/taken with caution or after medical consultation.
- When is special caution required for the application?
- Special caution is required,
- on the face (especially in the area of the eyes)
- when applying wound (intertriginous) area
- in the area of skin ulcers (Ulzera)
- in the genital and anal area
- Special caution is required,
- Do not apply to open wounds.
- Do not apply the spray in an area of more than 1/10 of the body surface for more than 1 week.
- What should be considered in children?
- Particular caution is required for children, as a result of a larger body surface in relation to body weight.
- In children from the age of 6, external therapy with the medicine with restraint and normally not for more than 2 weeks should take place.
- What should be taken into account in older people?
- Particular caution is required for older people (old -age skin), as a result of the weakened barrier performance of the horny layer.
- What effects does the spray have on the traffic and operating machines?
- No effects are known.
Pregnancy
- Pregnancy
- During pregnancy, the use of the drug should be avoided as much as possible and, if absolutely necessary, should be avoided as short and as small as possible.
- Since long -term treatment with glucocorticoids during pregnancy, growth disorders and damage to the unborn child cannot be excluded, please inform your doctor if you want to get pregnant, be pregnant or suspect that you are pregnant.
- Breastfeeding
- Glucocorticoids, which also includes hydrocortisone, pass into breast milk. An impairment of the baby has not yet become known.
- Nevertheless, you should only use the preparation during breastfeeding after consulting your doctor. If your treating doctor considers an application of the drug during breastfeeding, you may not use the spray in the area of the breast in order to avoid undesirable admission from the infant. If your doctor considers higher doses for illness reasons, you should stop.
