Field of use

Mode of action

The active ingredient of Dynexan mouth gel (pack size: 10 g) has an inhibitory effect on the thesis on the pain and thus stops the pain at z. B. aphthen, pressure points, gum infections, lip herpes and toothing. Even a small pea -sized amount is sufficient for targeted use. Among parents with dental babies, the preparation is an insider tip for effective and child -friendly dental aid.

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be used
  • in case of hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients or against other local pain relievers (local anesthetics) from the acida type

dosage

• If the symptoms are improved within a week and when the symptoms occur, a dentist or doctor should be consulted.
• Dosage instructions
  • Adult
    • Apply a pea-sized piece of the preparation 4-8 times a day (this corresponds to approx. 0.2 g gel or 4 mg lidocaine) to the aching areas in the oral cavity and easily massage the gel. A total dose of 40 mg lidocaine should not be exceeded.
    • If there is pain when entering dentures or braces, apply the preparation thinly to the affected areas.
    • When using the drug from cylinder ampoules by the dentist, the gel is inserted into the alveoli and gum pockets using a special cannula.
  • Children, toddlers and infants
    • Use a heir -sized piece in children, small children and infants a maximum of 4 times a day (dosage individually taking into account age and weight).

Patient information

• Particular caution when using the drug is required
  • in patients with severe disorders of stimulus and stimulus pipe system, acute decompensated heart failure and severe kidney and liver diseases. Although the inclusion of the active ingredient in the organism is significantly lower after using the preparation than with an anesthetic with this substance, general effects cannot be completely excluded in the event of severely damaged oral mucosa.
