To shorten the time it takes to fall asleep:
Spray 4 sprays directly into the mouth about 30 minutes before bedtime. (4 sprays = 1 mg melatonin). The positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before going to bed. For jet lag: Spray 2 sprays directly into mouth before going to bed. The positive effect occurs when on the first day of travel just before bedtime and on the first few days after arrival at the destination at least 0.5 mg Melatonin (= 2 sprays) can be absorbed.
