Field of use

Dr. Theiss Melatonin sleep spray is a dietary supplement with melatonin and passion flower extract, with sweeteners. A relaxing and sufficient sleep is important for our well -being and our performance. For a few days with problems falling asleep, our body and our mental fitness load. This is often related to stressful phases of life, shift and night work or long air travel.

You can support healthy sleep with certain routines: darkened rooms, adapted room temperature, no serious meals before sleeping and if possible no alcohol.

Dr. Theiss melatonin spray combines melatonin with passion flower extract.
Melatonin contributes to shortening the sleep time* and contributes to relieving the subjective jet lag sensation.

Recommended consumption of Dr.Theiss sleep spray (pack size: 30 ml):

To shorten the sleep time: spray sprays directly into the mouth about 30 minutes before going to bed. (2 sprays = 1 mg melatonin). The positive effect occurs when 1 mg melatonin is recorded shortly before going to bed.
In the event of Jetlag: 1 spray in the mouth before going to bed. The positive effect occurs when at least 0.5 mg of melatonin (= 1 spray) are recorded on the first day of travel shortly before going to bed and on the first days after arrival at the destination.

Hints
